Lay Readers/Eucharistic Ministers
The Lay Readers and Eucharistic Ministers are a group of trained volunteers who perform the functions of reading the lessons, the epistles, the prayers of the people, and serve the chalice at all Sunday and Wednesday services. There are currently four teams operating at St. Luke's: the Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John Teams.
Each team meets on the Saturday morning before the Sunday on which they are scheduled to perform in order to practice the readings and receive updates to the services.
