Saints N Sinners Groups (formerly known as Foyer Groups)

The Parish Life Committee coordinates Spring and Fall Foyer Groups. The French word foyer means "hearth" or "fireside", suggesting a group of approximately eight to ten people. These groups meet once a month in homes of members for a simple meal and relaxed conversation. The groups are not intended to do anything but simply be what Christians are: groups of people who gather together to know and care for one another. A foyer group is a not a prayer or study group and never has an agenda. It is a place to be yourself, enjoy informal fellowship, and get to know others better.

Spring sessions run from February through May, and the Fall session runs from August through November. It is not necessary to host a dinner in order to participate. Everyone is welcome. If you can serve as a coordinator or host, please note that you are willing to do so when you sign up, and we will get your group organized.

Registration forms run periodically in Tidings, the magazine of St. Luke's Church. You may also obtain one in the Parish Office or from a member of the Parish Life Committee. For more information, contact the Foyer Groups coordinator, Marilyn Schrantz Bunty6@satx.rr.com.
