Good Friday
March 21
12 p .m., The Good Friday Liturgy
7 p.m., Stations of the Cross
Good Friday, certainly the most poignant of the Triduum Liturgies, is the day set aside to honor the crucifixion of our Lord, Jesus Christ. The Noon Liturgy is the Rite set forth in the Book of Common Prayer and includes the Solemn Collects and Veneration of the Cross, as well as Holy Communion from the reserved sacrament taken from the Altar of Repose. Childcare is available for this service.
At 7 p.m., we will offer The Stations of the Cross. This is another opportunity for working people and families to participate in the observance of Good Friday. This service will last about forty-five minutes. Childcare is available for this service.
